Step 1. Enter Email |

If you would like to reset your password,
then type in the email address saved in your account profile. Next, enter
the code or the text that appears in the image below. Then, click the
"Reset" button. Upon submission, the system will send a message to the specified
email account. |

Step 2. Change Password |

Open your email account and look for an email from "Smart Gn." Click on
the link specified in the email. Upon doing so, you will be directed to a
web page to change your password. If you don't see the email within a
few minutes, then check your email application's spam or junk folder or filter.
Please note that some emails may be blocked by your ISP (internet service provider). |

Step 3. Contact Us ( If You Still Cannot
Access Your Account ) |

If you still cannot access your account, then submit a help request using the
contact form on the right side of this page. Please provide your contact
information and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing. A
